Refund Policy
At PORTO SUPPLY CO., customer satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Timeframes

Not satisfied with the product: up to 7 days from delivery.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 days from delivery.

For visible damage (broken parts, missing pieces, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos or video. After this period, the damage may be considered misuse.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Returns will be denied if the item has been altered (e.g., adjusted watch strap).
After receiving and assessing the product, the customer may choose to:

Exchange for another product in stock, or
-
Receive a refund of the product value.
Shipping costs are not refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from delivery date.
To activate warranty service, the customer must send photos or a video (up to 1 minute) showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage after use (scratches, broken screens, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Improper use of accessories.

Normal wear and tear (battery reduction, oxidation, loss of shine, etc.).

Damage caused by tests not recommended (drops, water exposure, excessive pressure).
